We establish a thorough assessment of client’s diet/lifestyle habits, medical history, current medication use, and stress levels to provide a personalized package that will include:
• Seven day meal plan
• Guide, recipes & grocery list
• Complete computerized analysis of each meal and snack
• Supplement recommendations
• Lifestyle recommendations
• Access to client portal app, which allows clients to conveniently log food, upload photos of meals, and track their water intake in their food & mood journal.
Clients can also track activity, sleep, measurements, and bowel movements in their lifestyle journal. Health coach will review each entry to keep client on track & motivated to achieve set goals.
